Make your time yours again

Most of us became entrepreneurs because we were good at, and loved doing, something. Often, instead, end up overwhelmed and exhausted.

The sweet spot is the intersection of what we are great at, what we really enjoy, and what adds significant value to the business. Deciding to join a peer group is the first step on the path to reclaiming your time, and creating a healthier life and business.

A word from our clients

I value the emphasis on the whole self, in tandem with the business learning I gain from everyone.

Barbara Ross-Denroche
Co-Founder and Chair, The Refinery Leadership Partners

Compared to when I started, I now come across patterns in my business, and I can make decisions more efficiently. Also I now reach out to get support. That means I’m confident in my ability to find an answer to any problem.

Eesmyal Santos-Brault
CEO, Quantified Citizen

What keeps me up at night is worrying about what I don’t know, what people won’t tell me, and what I can’t figure out for myself.

Steven Fitzgerald
President, Habanero Consulting

How it works

Presentations

Members bring their business and personal challenges and opportunities to the group. Applying a structured methodology, the group gets to the heart of the issue, and gives their input and guidance.

Learnings

We help you work on your business and yourself. Business topics help you broaden your knowledge and competence, and experiential learnings help you better understand yourself and those around you.

Accountability

Members set goals, and share progress at meetings. They also meet regularly between meetings with an accountability partner to stay focused and connected.

Annual offsite

Once a year, some groups take time for reflection, learning, and bonding. Members dive into business and personal topics, from crafting a long term vision to doing a personal SWOT.
